Australia pop star Kylie Minogue wants to make one thing clear: there's only one Kylie big enough for the entertainment world, and that would be her. There's a new report that says the chart topper is opposing Kylie Jenner's trademark claim, and has even branded the reality star a "secondary star" in a bid to block her from trademarking their shared name.

According to Xpose on Monday, Minogue might end up becoming Kardashian family enemy number one after she enlisted Australian-based KDB to file an opposition in Jenner's application to trademark her first name. Her team says it could cause "confusion for fans" and "dilute the Minogue brand."

While Minogue isn't a household name in the United States, she's one of the biggest stars in Great Britain and Europe and her home country of Australia. Still, she doesn't want anyone confusing her with Kim Kardashian's little sister.

How Does Kris Jenner Feel About Kanye West's Alleged Massive Debt?

Her paperwork states, "Ms. Jenner is a secondary reality television personality who appeared on the television series 'Keeping Up With the Kardashians' as a supporting character, to Ms. Jenner's halfsisters, Kim, Khloe, and Kourtney Kardashian (i.e., the Kardashians)."

It also said, "Ms. Jenner is active on social media where her photographic exhibitionism and controversial posts have drawn criticism from, e.g., the Disability Rights and African-American communities.''

So far, neither Jenner nor her mother and momager, Kris Jenner, have made any comments about Minogue's filing. Stay tuned with Enstars for any updates right here.
