With the NCAA 2013 basketball tournament kicking off on Tuesday, college basketball fans across the nation are gearing up for what promises to be an exciting and entertaining competition. The tournament kicked off on Tuesday with four play-in games taking place to reduce the number of teams competing from 68 to 64.
