Outlander's Claire and Jamie are inching their way back towards the mist and moors of Scotland with a new season 2 episode title.

The Highlander and the Sassenach hopped a ship to Paris as the freshman run came to an end, but, as lavish as France might be, their plan to turn the tide of history will take Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) back to the world of kilts and tartan by midseason.

The events of episode 7 will take place on the cusp of that transition. Airing in the wake of Black Jack's (Tobias Menzies) "Untimely Resurrection" return and the royal flair of "Best Laid Schemes...", "Faith" will undoubtedly put the newlyweds on the road to Lallybroch.

"The first half of the book is all in Paris and it's very political and it's a lot of conspiracies and maneuvering and gossips and double-dealing...and then the book shifts and they return to Scotland and then it's a war story," executive producer Ron Moore informed Zap2It. "It's two very distinct halves."

It still remains to be seen if Starz will interrupt the 13-episode run with a midseason break. Season 1 played host to a long winter hiatus, and what better time to break up the story than during the transition from the glitz and glamour of Paris to the rain and clan society of Scotland? Droughtlander or not, book readers should remain vigilant—Moore is planning to keep you on your toes.

"Fans are looking forward to certain things, and you want to satisfy that, and at the same time you want to surprise them, you want to catch them off guard, you want to scare them...That's fantastic. I enjoy that," Moore teased, according to Three If By Space.
