Alex Rockoff opened up on his elimination from Ink Master and where his relationship with St. Marq currently stands.

In an interview with Carter Matt released on Wednesday, Rockoff dished on how he and Marq would get pretty vicious on the show, but luckily, things are cool between them now.

"He's one hell of a competitor, and yes, at times it got very intense between us," Rockoff said. "We are cool though, I got to hang out with him in Las Vegas afterwards and we got along great, very fun to talk to."

The artist then revealed one of his favorite moments on the series, which was the final tattoo he created.

"I used a girl's face and the city skyline," he said. "I only made a couple errors in the tattoo but ultimately I used the best color composition and layout that I've done all season for it, as well as it being one of the cleanest tattoos I did while I was there and it was an all around fun tattoo to look at."

As for how he felt when he found out he would be the next contestant to leave, Rockoff admitted he was kind of taken aback.

"I was a little surprised by it, as others in the house were," he revealed. "But at the same time, at the point, I was mentally exhausted and running on fumes. Cleen and Sarah's I thought should have went home before mine did."

Ink Master airs on Tuesdays at 11 p.m. ET on Spike TV.
