Rapper Jay-Z may have over two million followers on Twitter, but he is no fan of Paul Anka. The famous entertainer claimed the rapper won't return his calls, and called his behavior "inappropriate."

TMZ reported that Anka, the singer-songwriter who is responsible for hits such as Diana, My Way and Lonely Boy said he called up Jay-Z for a track on his upcoming album, but the Watch The Throne rapper blew him off.

"I wanted to put him in on a rap with Michael Jackson in the middle. I called him up, but Jay-Z has totally blown me off. He won't answer my calls, he's inappropriate in his behavior. I love his wife, I think she's great, but Jay-Z wouldn't return the call."

Anka mentioned that the album includes collaborations with Michael Jackson and Dolly Parton, and added that Jay-Z is "too busy with his clothing line."

This isn't the first time that a celebrity accused Jay-Z for neglecting phone calls. Back in November 2012, Robert De Niro reportedly got into an argument at a birthday party for Leonardo DiCaprio because the rap mogul refused to return De Niro's phone calls.

The New York Post reported that sources said at the time the God Father II actor had some bad words to say to the rapper when Jay-Z tried to joke his way out of the situation.

"Bob wasn't in any mood to make polite conversation," the source said "He told Jay that if somebody calls you six times, you call them back. It doesn't matter who you are, that is just rude."

Another source who was nearby overheard the conversation between De Niro and Jay-Z in which the actor complained to the rapper about a song Jay-Z agreed to record for the Tribeca Film Festival. De Niro had reached out to talk more about the song, but the rapper never returned his calls.

"De Niro kept telling him that he thinks he's the man, but that he was disrespectful," the source said.

The source added that Beyonce attempted to come over to ease the situation, but even she couldn't calm De Niro down.

"It was the talk of the party. Everyone was saying there's only one star in New York bigger and badder than Jay-Z, and that's Robert De Niro. He can be quite scary when he's angry."
