Jason Momoa will be playing Aquaman in the DC Cinematic Universe. That means for a decade, Momoa will have to spend long hours in the gym and maintain a strict diet to keep his body in superhero-shape. A couple days ago, the Game of Thrones alum posted a video showing an example of his grueling workout regiment as he prepares his body for Zack Snyder's Justice League movie, which begins shooting next month.

"About a good eight months out of the year, I've been training for when we get into Justice League. There's gonna be a good year of prep just to get your body ready to do the stunts. It is for sure tiring. I've kind of crossed that place where everyone told me, 'You're gonna hurt.''

"The hardest thing about all of it is keeping yourself in shape and doing your job. I'm on set with Red Road minimum 13 hours, and then I have to find time to take care of myself, be a father and do the things I love to do. "

Watch Momoa repeatedly pull up his large, chiseled body with his herculean arms.
