Prince Death Reason: Singer Looked 'Frail And Nervous' Night Before His Passing

Prince’s shocking passing has left millions with the question of “what happened” to the iconic singer that led to his untimely death.

The Purple Rain crooner, who was pronounced dead at 57 Thursday afternoon, might have had issues he was concealing from his fans that could have hinted to declining health.

He was spotted at a local Walgreens in Minnesota around 7pm on Wednesday; just hours before he passed away, TMZ reported Thursday.

While he often frequented this pharmacy, witnesses inside the Walgreens said there was much reason for concern as he looked “much more frail and nervous than usual.”

Prince made headlines late last week after he was rushed to the hospital following an emergency plane landing in Illinois. The singer had performed in Atlanta on Thursday night and while he was heading back home, they had to land the plane in Moline, Illinois, roughly 45 minutes from his destination. He only stayed in the hospital for a few hours and his reps even spoke out and said he was recovering from a case of the flu.

It seemed he was doing just fine when he hit the stage at a dance party on Saturday. He even told fans, “Wait a few days before you waste any prayers.”

Another fan said she spotted Prince riding his bike around the neighborhood on Saturday afternoon. She attempted to snap a photo but he requested that she didn’t.

Officials are still investigating the cause of his death. It’s not clear if it will be made public knowledge.
