Angela Simmons has a new mystery fiance and everyone is guessing to figure out just who it. If the latest rumors are true, then fans are due for quite the shock.

The most recent theory is that the mystery man is a non-celeb named Sutton Tennyson, who reportedly has a colorful past. 

Gossip news site Bossip is reporting Tennyson is an 35-year-old Atlanta native with a criminal history. And let's just say his mugshot is also making its rounds on the Internet.

Simmons publicly mentioned she was in relationship back in February. But she's kept the identity of her beau a secret ever since. If it is Tennysonm, his criminal past might be why she's been so discrete.

According to Bossip, Tennyson's criminal record dates as far back as 2000 when he was taken into custody after he was caught carrying a concealed gun. He was arrested again just a few years later after and convicted of identity theft, drug possession and police obstruction. He was released from prison in 2010.

The publication also caught up with sources who are very familiar with Tennyson and his past. They didn't necessarily offer up their congrats to the soon-to-be newlyweds.

One insider said, "She'd be better off with Yo Gotti," referring to the Memphis rapper who has pledged his love for Simmons in his song "Down in the DM" and even during an appearance on The Real back in February (just before Simmons went public with her romance).
