Paige Hathaway is showing off her athletic figure while giving words of encouragement.

On Friday, the fitness superstar took to Instagram to upload a new snapshot of herself standing outside in a side pose. In her black and white attire, Hathaway is looking strong and fit with her muscular legs and thin waist.

Outfit by @Vestem One of the best ways to develop personal growth is through self-reflection. Reflection of where you are, where you were and where you want to be. Reflection is a process during which you encourage personal growth by reviewing different chapters of your life. To be clear- I'm not talking about dwelling on negative past experiences or hardship. Dwelling on the past is just as unproductive and unhealthy as stressing about the future. You can’t change the past. What you can do, though, is reflect to help you understand the past and learn from what is happening right now. This will help embrace a vibrant life and allow yourself to flourish. By looking back and reflecting on our life, our struggles and our accomplishments, we can more clearly understand the context of our lives. Personal reflection is a powerful and liberating experience that can smooth out life’s bumps, boost your happiness, and truly help you become the person you want to be. Self reflection is essential for success and I encourage you all to practice it.

In the caption, the model wrote how important it is to grow as a person, and one of the best ways to do that is through reflection.

"Reflection of where you are, where you were and where you want to be," she wrote. "Reflection is a process during which you encourage personal growth by reviewing different chapters of your life."

Hathaway added that one should never focus time and energy on what went wrong in the past since that's poisonous thinking.

"Dwelling on the past is just as unproductive and unhealthy as stressing about the future," she noted. "You can't change the past. What you can do, though, is reflect to help you understand the past and learn from what is happening right now. This will help embrace a vibrant life and allow yourself to flourish."

It's a good thing to look back at the struggles and accomplishments that were faced though to help understand where one is in the present, according to Hathaway.

"Personal reflection is a powerful and liberating experience that can smooth out life's bumps, boost your happiness, and truly help you become the person you want to be. "Self reflection is essential for success and I encourage you all to practice it."
