Ciara News 2016: Singer Shares A Very Special Throwback Photo [VIDEO]
It looks like we definitely know where Ciara gets her beautiful looks from. The chart topper shared a very special throwback photo of her and her mother Jackie from her childhood on her Instagram account this week.
Ciara, who is a mom herself to her almost 2-year-old son Future Zahir Wilburn, shared the snap in honor of her mother's birthday and Mother's Day this weekend. The mother and daughter duo no doubt have a special bond as Ciara named her last studio album Jackie after her mom. She captioned the photo with, "Happy Birthday To My Momma!! You Are One Awesome Woman! I love You So Much."
And it looks like the pic was a huge hit with her followers as many commented on it with, "OMG you look just like your mother! She's such a beautiful woman, happy birthday to her!" along with, "Celebrating a birthday and mother's day on the same weekend. What a true blessing."
Another fan wrote, "Jackie was a girl she always had big dreams to see the whole world and fall in love...." Thank you @Ciara for making all your mother's dreams for you come true. Happy Birthday Jackie!!"
Ciara didn't specify how she plans on celebrating her Mother's Day weekend, although they will no doubt include her son and her fiancé, Russell Wilson. The couple announced their engagement back in March but haven't set a date for their wedding just yet.
Previously, Ciara was engaged to rapper Future before calling things off back in August of 2014.
