Kaley Cuoco is now officially divorced following the settlement being handed down between she and now ex-hubby Ryan Sweeting.

Thanks to a prenuptial agreement Cuoco signed not long after the couple's marriage back in 2013, her massive fortune from The Big Bang Theory was protected, and her former love is walking away with hardly anything.

According to TMZ, Cuoco's $1 million an episode contract on The Big Bang Theory, which stands for 72 episodes (a total of $72 million), was protected under her pre-nup, meaning Sweeting didn't get any of that money in the couple's divorce. She is also getting both their home in Tarzana, California and their beach house in Santa Barbara.

Sweeting, who was considered a tennis pro when they married but saw his career lag significantly afterwards due to injuries, walked away with far less, getting a lump sum of $165,000, and the agreement that Cuoco would pay his two personal trainers $195,000. He is also allowed to keep any cash and gift certificates he currently has in his possession.

The settlement officially ends the couple's relationship saga, a story that was often plagued with rumors of trouble due to the quick nature in which it unfolded. The pair first went public with their romance at the Primetime Emmys in 2013, after just three months of dating, and were engaged almost immediately after, They wed three months after that in a New Year's Eve wedding.

Their decision to marry so quickly led to endless speculation and rumors that they were having problems, specifically when it came to their polar opposite earning potentials and their careers, though Cuoco always fought back against the rumors, often posting to her Instagram account to defend her marriage and her then-husband.

However, after Sweeting reportedly became addicted to painkillers while recovering from his injuries (these reports were never explicitly confirmed), Cuoco allegedly had enough, and filed for divorce in September of last year, after just 21 months of marriage.

Since then, she has reportedly began dating equestrian Karl Cook.
