Singer Ray J had social media in a frenzy when he unveiled the name of his new single, I Hit It First, on Friday. The cover artwork of the song which the singer debuted on his social media account is reportedly a blurred image of ex-girlfriend, Kim Kardashian.

Six years after their famous sex video Superstar, the singer dissed the pregnant Keeping Up With the Kardashians reality star and current boyfriend, Kanye West.

Ray J posted the pixilated style image on his Instagram account on Friday, which he wrote: "Check out my new single cover 'I Hit it first' available on ITUNES on 4/9 'I Put her On' #KOmusic www.rayj.com"

The image also seems to be referencing the cover of West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy.

Although Ray J and Kardashian split and have moved on with their personal lives, the singer appeared to have dedicated the entire song to Kardashian and West.

Some of the lyrics include:

"She might move on to rappers and ballplayers/But we all know I hit it first.

Had her head going North and her a** going South/But now baby chose to go West

No matter where she goes or who she knows/ She still belongs in my bed."

Ray J appeared to defend his single as just a song on his Twitter account when he wrote, "Lol have some fun! It's not that serious!! #LIVE!!," many fans and followers chimed in.

"You're so f*****g immature & I'm half your age. Move on and stop using Kim K for promotion now that she's bigger and better than you," one follower wrote.

Another user wrote: "Hope you enjoy your five mins of fame and you get some money."

In a 2008 interview Ray J spoke open about the infamous sex tape.

"The tape got out through Vivid Entertainment," he said."I shot the tape and she kept the tape, so she said the tape got lost I guess when she was moving."

Kardashian and West are expecting their first child together, due this summer.
