Kim Kardashian recently spent the Easter holiday with her boyfriend Kanye West in Paris where he is currently working on his new album. But a family insider said the pregnant reality star is "stressed" about who he is spending his time with there.

Rumors circulated that the G.O.O.D. Music rapper has been getting female attention from another woman overseas who has a figure that rivals Kardashian's pre-pregnancy body. West, 35, has been romantically linked with his new "muse," Australian rapper Iggy Azalea.

Azalea, 22, revealed in recent interviews that they have spent time together.

"I was at his house last week and he was playing me his 'scriptures,' as he calls his spoken-word interludes," Azalea told The Guardian last month.

In another interview, Azalea said West invited her to appear in a previous music video and also wanted to sign her to his new record label.

"He actually wanted me to be in his N*ggas In Paris video, which I didn't get to do because I had a flight to New York that day. But I met him and we had a conversation and he wanted me to be in it," Azalea told Acclaim. 'He's doing this new label. I'm sure you saw him tweet about it..he wanted me to become involved in all of that," she added.

The 22-year old said she also declined the opportunity to become signed to West's record label because she knows it will have a few "kinks" and she doesn't want to be his new "guinea pig."

According to reports, Kardashian has been "stressed" out wondering if West has been cheating or not.

"She's incredibly stressed and has even started to wonder if Kanye's cheating," the source told InTouch. "Kim is not in a happy place right now."

Another source reportedly told Star magazine that Kardashian thinks that West is "abandoning" her and that he is cheating on her with the young blonde beauty. Kardashian reportedly thinks West is treating the Aussie the way he treated her before she became pregnant with him. Kardashian and West are expecting their first child together in July.

National Enquirer alslo reported that the reality star fears her recent weight gain from her pregnancy will make him cheat on her.

"She's concerned about Kanye cheating, and his disinterested and distracted attitude isn't helping,"  a source reportedly told National Enquirer. "Kim and Kanye's relationship used to be all about soft music, can­dlelight dinners and romantic nights together," the source said in last month's edition. "But now that Kim has put on such a large amount of weight, Kanye seems to be busier with his music schedule than ever, and Kim doesn't think it's a coincidence."

Azalea previously dated Harlem rapper A$AP Rocky. She had his name tattooed on her fingers over a year ago but after the rapper was seen on a date with supermodel Chanel Iman last month, she changed the ink job and had his name crossed out. Azalea told VIBE that she loved Rocky, but she learned she wasn't the only one who had his name tattooed on her body.
