Teen Mom 2 stars Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith have reportedly come to an agreement for their custody.

Following a court appearance in which Evans cried on the stand while discussing the struggles of raising her one-year-old son Kaiser with Griffith, the former couple has allegedly put their differences aside in an effort to civily co-parent their child.

“Both parties have signed the agreement,” Evans’ attorney Dustin Sullivan told Radar Online on Thursday.

According to the report, Evans will have primary custody of Kaiser and Griffith will have him "every other weekend" -- at least for now. Although Evans and Griffith have signed off on their current deal, it won't be finalized until a juge agrees.

In March, Evans opened up about the struggles of her ongoing custody battle with Griffith.

"It's just a lot of butting heads right now," Evans told PEOPLE Magazine at the start of Teen Mom 2 season seven. "I think he's really not putting all personal issues aside – he's not making it just about Kaiser... I think he's really jealous of David. He's claiming I'm letting Kaiser called David 'Dada,' but Kaiser knows David by 'David' – I would never do that to Kaiser and I would never do that to Nathan because that's unfair."

"Every time we talk, he doesn't even really ask about Kaiser," Evans continued of Griffith. "He just asks how I'm doing and what I'm up to lately ... I don't think he is sure of his current relationship, or he hasn't let go [of me] yet."

Evans and Griffith dated for two years and were engaged for about six months before they called it quits last sumer. Since then, Griffith has been dating Jessica Henry while Evans has been dating David Eason.
