Private photos of Victoria Justice were stolen from her cellphone and publicly posted on Ihe Internet, prompting frustration from the actress this week.

OceanUp.com, described as a youth-centric trends and teen gossip website, posted "sexy swimsuit" photos of the 20-year-old Nickoledeon actress. The photos were leaked on April 11 and featured the star, who climbed to fame on Nickelodeon TV shows Zoey 101 and Victorious, wearing a revealing bathing suit. 

OceanUp.com tweeted on April 12 along with the images: "Victoria Justice SEXY Swimsuit PHOTOS."

Justice swiftly responded on her Twitter page and wrote: "My phone was stolen & some1 (someone) leaked this. Wasn't meant 2 (sic) be 'sexy', I took it as a joke cuz (because) I look like an 80s aerobics instructor."

She added with rage: "Hacking & stealing is not cool. Respect peoples (sic) personal property... I would never post a picture of myself like that. I'm not taking this lightly & I will find out who stole my private property"

As per request by Justice, the photos were later removed and replaced with a message that stated, "Images removed as per request!" Some reports indicated that the images showed Justice smiling in a bikini. 

Justice appeared in numerous Nickelodeon series' - including True Jackson, VP, The Troop, The Penguins of Madagascar and iCarly - as well as on the Nickelodeon game shows BrainSurge and Figure It Out. In 2010 she featured in the Nickelodeon film The Boy Who Cried Werewolf.

Justice is also has in a musical career. She performed several songs for the soundtrack to the Nickelodeon musical Spectacular!, in which she had a role. She recently announced the release of her debut album, expected to be released this year.
