Are things getting better for Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne?

That appears to be the case since TMZ discovered on Monday that Sharon attended her estranged husband's concert in the UK over the weekend. Apparently, she supported him and his band Black Sabbath at the Download Festival.

It's unclear if this means the two might be working things out, but since Sharon had a big smile on her face, she seems to be in a better state of mind.

There was actually a previous rumor from Radar Online that claimed Ozzy and Sharon's split was all for publicity. Stephen Machat, who was supposedly the "former manager" for Ozzy, apparently revealed that this news story was to help the rocker get back into the spotlight.

"I would put money on a publicity stunt," the quote from Machat says. "They're on a Black Sabbath tour. She would do this in a minute. It's propaganda. Sharon is clever enough to make a story that the press would read, so all of a sudden he becomes relevant again."

As it turns out though, Ozzy, himself, found this story and took to Facebook to say it's not true. He also pointed out that Machat never managed him and isn't even that close to him.

"In response to recent stories you printed with comments from Steven Machat...for the record, Mr. Machat NEVER managed me nor was he employed by me in any capacity at any time in my career," the post reads. "His representation as this is a categorical lie. I met him when he was hanging around the music industry in the early 80's, but haven't seen him in at least 30 years. He's a sad delusional rec from the 80's."
