The new Freeform series Dead of Summer is slated to premiere Tuesday night, but you can also live stream the premiere online.

The genre of camp horror is coming to television Tuesday night with the premiere of Dead of Summer. The series centers on the owner and counselors of Camp Stillwater, whose idyllic qualities are equally matched by a dark underbelly.

Elizabeth Mitchell stars as Deb, the new Camp Stillwater owner, who previously experienced the camp as a child. The camp counselors include Alex (Ronen Rubinstein), Jessie (Paulina Singer), Cricket (Amber Coney), Joel (Eli Goree), Blair (Mark Indelicato) and Blotter (Zachary Gordon), who are also former campers themselves.

"Not part of the old crew, Amy (Elizabeth Lail) is not just new to Camp Stillwater, but to camp in general," the Freeform synopsis reads. "While Amy tries her best to fit in with the already tight group, Drew (Zelda Williams) is content to be left alone. As everyone settles in and prepares for the campers' arrival, Amy is the first to get a feeling that something is not right with this idyllic summer camp."

The series comes from Once Upon a Time co-creators Edward Kitsis and Adam Horowitz and co-producer Ian Goldberg.

Dead of Summer is slated to premiere Tuesday night at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Freeform, lasting for one hour. The series will recur in this timeslot throughout the summer.
