E! will premiere the first episode of their new reality What Would Ryan Lochte Do? this Sunday, starring Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte.

The eight episode docu-series offers a glimpse into the life of the 11-time medalist following his success at last year's London Summer Olympics. Lochte has won five gold medals, three silver and three bronze during the 2004, 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games.

The cameras follow his every turn from scoring with women, an inside peek into his massive 150-pair shoe collection to extensive gym training with his coach. He is currently preparing for the Rio Games in 2016.

E! Entertainment President Suzanne Kolb said in a press release that after the show, viewers will want to "be him, sleep with him or mother him."

Lochte recently appeared on Extra and shared with host Mario Lopez his decision on appearing in a reality show.

"Every four years in the Olympics, the most talked about sport is swimming. After that, people just forget about the sport... every year and every month we have these swim meets all across the country and world... the passion and the love I have for swimming... I want to bring it to everyone's living room," Lochte said.

When asked in another interview what his fans can expect to see, Lochte said viewers will get to see how he has evolved in his love life.

"You'll see how I evolve in dating girls," Lochte told USA TODAY Sports. "When the show started out I was kinda a guy that would go to a bar, go to a restaurant, anywhere, and I'd pick out the most good looking woman and go over to her and start talking to her. And ask her out on a date," he said.

Lochte said during the season, viewers will see that he becomes less aggressive at meeting women over time.

"As the show went on, you see me evolve into like I don't want that anymore," he explained. "I want to have a base. I want to get to know a woman before I take them out on a date or anything like that."

What Would Ryan Lochte Do? will air on E! on Sunday, April 21 at 10/9
