Max Lux caught lots of flack for two-timing his wife on their debut season of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop Hollywood last year. And now that the show is getting ready to come back for season three, it’s safe to say their drama has been kicked up a few notches as a baby is involved.

Apparently one of Max’s alleged other woman got pregnant last year and just gave birth to the child on July 17. But Lux has said that he isn’t the only man who could be the father. Still, he has refused to take a DNA test. Word is, their drama could play out on season three of the hit reality series.

But in the meantime, Fameolous has obtained text messages between the woman and Brandi Boyd.

She told Boyd that the child, Aziya, was born and said that Max would have to be the one to set up a DNA test and pay for it. While she said she wanted to “keep this civil,” she added that she didn’t mind taking legal action if necessary.

Interestingly enough, she apologized to Boyd.

“I see you’re a good woman and love your family dearly… no excuses from my end I wish I would of just known better…”

She went on to let Max know that she not only filed for a court ordered paternity test, but requested Max start paying child support as well. She warned him that a judge would help Max “find a way for you to support your daughter…”
