Simone Biles has addressed recent reports that her next competition is for the mirrored ball trophy on ABC’s Dancing With The Stars.

Biles, who won four gold medals during this year’s Olympic games in Rio, has clarified that she will not be going for the coveted trophy. At least not this year.

“With the tour going on, the fall [season] will be very, very hard to attend. So I can’t do that one,” she said earlier this week in an interview with Extra TV. But all hope is not lost. “I’m hoping for the spring one of they would allow me to do that—that would be awesome.”

While Biles is an all-star gymnast, she said she would definitely need help from a professional dancer to be successful on the show. But she seems pretty confident.

“You just wait till they teach you, if I get selected.”

She still has lots going on within the next weeks. She is heading to the Kellogg’s Tour of Gymnastic Champions that includes 36 cities.

Meanwhile, Biles was definitely winning on and off the balancing beam. Her all-time crush Zac Efron surprised her and her team the last week of the Olympics.

“It’s so amazing that he could fly all that way to come surprise us.”

She also revealed a few tips she got from gold medalist swimmer Michael Phelps.

“He was showing us how to stack the medals so that they stay put and they don’t cling together and, like, wobble everywhere.”

Biles arrived home earlier this week and she is ready for a much needed break.

“I’m just gonna lay around the house and spend time with friends and family.”
