Beyonce, Jay Z 2016: Singer Walks MTV VMAs Red Carpet Without Husband, Why Did She Leave Early?

Beyonce strutted the 2016 MTV VMAs red carpet with her four-year-old daughter Blue Ivy Carter as adorable arm candy. But was the tot the reason the singer didn’t continue her big appearance?
Word is Beyonce cut her red carpet walk short because Blue Ivy, who wore a gorgeous dress priced at $10, 950 was not here for it.

“[Beyonce] cut her procession short after Blue became bothered by all of the noise and common on the carpet,” a source told Page Six Monday.

Girl Code star Carly Anquilno also dished on the scene.

“I know that Beyonce is here because she just walked past everybody and literally the earth stopped spinning. I couldn’t see the full because everybody was punching each other in the face to get a good shot of her, but I saw a lot of blue feathers, like a whole bunch of blue feathers, and little baby Blue Ivy.”

Jay Z was MIA during the red cparpet but was said to have been backstage while Beyonce did a Lemonade medley during the show.

The couple was also spotted with Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz, Kanye West and Kim Kardashian after the show.
