Jennifer Aniston may be focused on balancing healthy eating with exercise, but the A-lister allows herself to indulge occasionally.

"Cheat days for me are usually ... it's either Mexican food ... maybe Italian pasta, but I think you always have to do it in moderation," Aniston said, according to the Inquisitr.

The Wanderlust actress touted her yoga-toned physique at the launch of her instructor's new book. Yogalosphy: 28 Days to the Ultimate Mind-Body Makeover. Author and yoga guru Mandy Ingber talked about the star at the book launch in Hollywood, reports omg!.

"It's hard to say is that yoga or is it as we get older we grow into ourselves, but I've seen her become so empowered, so grounded in herself, so comfortable in her own skin," Ingber said, according to the Los Angeles Times.

However, the 44-year-old actress and bride to be acknowledges that staying fit is not only mentally and physically demanding, but it also doesn't happen over night.

"Love the body that you have right now because that's the perfect body and then be patient with yourself," Aniston said, according to the Los Angeles Times. "When you first start you might feel like 'I can't do this, it hurts,' and then be patient. Do little bits and you get there. You do, it's all about being really gentle with yourself and acceptance of what it is at the moment.

Meanwhile, with pregnancy rumors buzzing around her, Aniston must feel more conscious of her body then ever.
