As Michael Wainstein reportedly shacks up with his alleged mistress turned girlfriend, Elyse Bensusan, his divorce from wife Jules has taken an ugly turn.

On Thursday, just hours after the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City's season eight reunion aired on Bravo, Jules and Michael were scheduled to appear in court to address the custody of their two children, Rio and Jagger.

"Michael wants full physical custody of Jagger and Rio," a source told Radar Online on Thursday. "He has a lot of evidence about Jules that is not flattering that he wants to present and he is confident that a judge will believe him."

"Jules' behavior during their marriage was caught on camera and that is something Michael will bring up," the source continued to Radar Online. "But he has countless examples of things he claims that Jules has done that have affected their children, and he is planning to show this to the judge."

During the eighth episode of the show, Jules' marriage was seen falling apart and although Bethenny Frankel has suggested that the couple knew they were splitting up before signing on to appear on the show, Jules has denied any such thing.
