He passed out from a brain hemorrhage while confronting his family members for not attending his wedding, but the fact that they likely caused his health crisis won't sit with Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and she will decide to blame Quinn (Rena Sofer) for the situation on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) tried to already keep Quinn out of Eric's hospital room numerous times because he and Steffy refuse to accept her as Eric's wife, but she burst in and refused to be forced out. She has since decided to sit by Eric's bedside and has been discouraged and worried by his still being unconscious and unresponsive, and she has noted he wasn't like that after leaving the house that morning. And if she goes to say something to the rest of the family and blame them for causing the recent problem, Steffy will lash out and blame her instead.

Steffy will claim Quinn has only pulled her latest scheme, and Eric's being in a hospital bed is the result of something she did, proving her theories about Quinn's interets in Eric correct. Quinn will be outraged that she is daring to blame her when she wasn't even in the room when he collapsed, and the collapse happened after they all broke his heart by boycotting the wedding.

However, wgile Steffy will feel justified in attacking her mother-in-law/step-grandmother and blaming her, she may find she has someone else going against her and taking Quinn's side, and she won't be happy when she finds out.

Wyatt (Darin Brooks) also boycotted the wedding in an attempt to get Steffy to move back in with him and continue working on their own troubled marriage, but now, after hearing his mother out and realizing that she genuinely does love Eric and wants to just be happy with him, he may decide to stick up for her instead of Steffy. And though doing so may cost him his marriage for good, he will stick to his guns and throw his support behind Quinn.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
