Justin Theroux posted a new photo on Instagram recently that certainly raised a few eyebrows.

Theroux, who is married to Jennifer Aniston, put a photo on Instagram of an elaborate graffiti piece by Nick Flatt. The graffiti features a woman putting her middle finger in her mouth with various "f-" statements around her, like "f--- war", "f--- NSA" and "f--- Facebook". But the one that seems to have everyone talking is "f--- Brad Pitt".

While this may be about the media's fascination with Pitt and Angelina Jolie's divorce, others took it as "shade" against the man who used to be married to Aniston.

Theroux's caption indicated that this was his "current election mood" but soon after the comments came pouring in about the "f--- Brad Pitt" line, he added to the caption, writing in a long hashtag, "And NO this post is NOT 'shading' anyone because I'm not eleven years old, I mean seriously."

Theroux has previously voiced his frustration over the media hubbub surrounding the Pitt-Jolie divorce, and how he has been expected to comment on it.

"People are having a bad time. That's horrible," Theroux told Business Insider. "There's an endless appetite for trash, apparently - though everyone would say that they don't have that appetite. But I think a lot of people do because people buy it."

Ultimately, Theroux suggested that he was hoping for this divorce coverage to end quickly, considering how much else is going on in the world.

"There are bigger things to b---- about," he said. "It's shocking how much bandwidth things can take up when there are far more important things going on in the world."

Meanwhile, Pitt and Jolie are in the process of divorcing and figuring out how to maintain custody of their six kids, Maddox, 15, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and 8-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
