Vicki Gunvalson's daughter's health was a hot topic on this week's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County.

After years of health struggles, it was revealed that Briana Culberson, the mother of Gunvalson's two grandsons, was suffering from Lupus, an autoimmune disease that causes joint pain and fatigue. As People Magazine revealed days later, Culberson underwent surgery months ago to remove enlarged lymph nodes.

Yesterday, Gunvalson briefly addressed her daughter's health while offering fans an update in her Bravo TV blog.

"My daughter is healthy, my grandbabies live 10 minutes away in a beautiful home, my son is dating a really great girl and I’m approaching seven months with Steve," she wrote. "We couldn't be happier as a family and I am extremely blessed to have Steve in my life. Briana and him are really close which makes me so happy. Answered prayers! You saw a few glimpses of him in this weeks episode and he is a pure gentleman and easy on the eyes to say the least."

"I’ve got so many great exciting new projects I’ve been working on with my company that I’m looking forward to sharing them with you soon," she added. "My lease is up on my office in a few months, and I’ll be relocating Coto Insurance into a newer more modern space that I can’t wait to reveal with all of you too."
