Selena Gomez reportedly stalked Justin Bieber prior to checking into the rehab. Is motherhood on her mind?

Selena Gomez recently impressed everyone with her moving speech at the American Music Awards ceremony. She was full of optimism and hope but she did indicate at being broken. Looks like it was her addiction to Justin Bieber and the alleged fact that she was stalking him on social media that made her check into rehab.

It is said that Gomez was stalking her ex-boyfriend Bieber on Instagram and it had become so addictive that it led to her three-month rehab stay. The songstress was highly involved in his personal life and if fans remember just before she went to rehab she had an ugly fight with Bieber on social media that involved his then girlfriend Sofia Richie.

Insiders suggest that it was the toxic impact of Bieber that led her to go to rehab. She would drink a lot and would not do much except talk and think about Justin. The Kill 'Em with Kindness songstress would also bombard her friends with pictures of herself and Bieber from the start of their relationship, claims Life & Style Weekly.

She would also say that she missed him and the pictures made her happy but her friends thought it made her sick. Though she might have said that her rehab stay was on account of lupus-related depression, it is alleged that it was her relationship with Bieber that caused the same. Speaking of lupus, it is also said that Gomez froze her eggs before she started her chemotherapy for lupus.

She is not taking any chances with her motherhood, reports Celeb Dirty Laundry. Sources say that she was advised to freeze her eggs before she started chemotherapy and it is common for young women having chemo to do this. They also claim that she hopes to be a mom someday.

Selena Gomez definitely has motherhood on her mind but she has no plans to have a baby at this time. Her relationship with Justin Bieber and the ensuing turmoil has caused her much grief and she has been dealing with too many personal issues. She does not desire to raise a child by herself and is willing to wait until she officially retires.
