Ariana Grande voiced her frustration over a fan exchange in a lengthy new Twitter post.

Grande posted a long note on her Twitter page Tuesday night explaining an unfortunate encounter she had with a fan that night. The singer explained how she was with her boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, going to get food when a young male fan approached them.

"He was loud and excited and by the time M was seated in the driver's seat, he was literally almost in the car with us," Grande writes in the note. "I thought all of this was cute and exciting until he said 'Ariana is sexy as hell man. I see you, I see you hitting that!!!' Hitting that? The f---?? This may not seem like a big deal to some of you but I felt sick and objectified. I was also sitting right there when he said it."

Grande goes on to explain how she is not "a piece of meat that a men gets to utilize for his pleasure," adding, "I'm an adult human being in a relationship with a man who treats me with love and respect."

She explains how this needs to be a teachable moment as far as teaching young people how to treat each other - especially women.

"We need to talk about these moments openly because they are harmful and they live on inside of us as shame," she says. "We need to share and be vocal when something makes up feel uncomfortable because if we don't, it will just continue. We are not objects or prizes. We are QUEENS."

The singer also responded to a few replies she received, including one user calling her "hypocritical" for referencing sex in her music and videos. Grande quickly replied, "that's the thing. women expressing sexuality is often mistaken for 'hi come disrespect me!!!!'.. & that's just not the case."

Miller has not publicly spoken about the incident on any of his social media pages.
