Lady Gaga is reportedly has some sky-high ambitions for her Super Bowl halftime show - literally.

Gaga might be performing on the roof at the Super Bowl, according to a new PageSix report. The singer would apparently be on top of NRG Stadium for part of her performance, and some are worried that this might be too risky.

Sources told PageSix that her team is "worried" about the plan but Gaga is reportedly ready and able to pull off the stunt. "They're writing up multiple plans about how to safely get her on the roof, including potentially [cutting] a hole in the ceiling of the dome," a source told the publication.

It's also possible that Gaga could perform the roof stunt as part of a pre-taped commercial if it's not a safe option live. Ultimately, it is all dependent on "what they actually figure out is doable."

Gaga has a well-documented history with flashy stunts, including arriving in an egg vessel before performing "Born This Way" at the Grammys and arriving on a mechanical horse at the American Music Awards in 2013. And then there's the infamous meat dress.

However, in recent years, Gaga has toned down her more eccentric behavior in favor of a more traditional approach. The superstar teamed up with jazz legend Tony Bennett for a duet album called Cheek to Cheek in 2014, which won them a Grammy. She also came out with her fifth studio album in October called Joanne, which featured the singer abandoning much of her dance, EDM style for rock-oriented pop.

Gaga attended last year's Super Bowl as well, performing a near-perfect rendition of "The Star-Spangled Banner".

This year's Super Bowl will take place in Houston, Texas at 6:30 p.m. ET, which will be broadcast on Fox.
