Andy Cohen will host part 1 of the two-part reunion special for Bravo's sleeper hit Married to Medicine.

In the preview clip, titled Toya's Character, Mariah confronts Toya and tells her she has "no character" because of the secret she revealed early in the season.

"All of (you) are so full of it to me," Mariah tells the rest of the cast.

"I'm sorry my hairdresser was in my home and heard the conversation that we had, sorry! It didn't need to go all season and it damn sure didn't need to go into a fight!" Toya told Mariah, to explain why she spilled the beans about her adopted daughter. The reveal at a party caused the two to have a physical altercation earlier in the season.

"That's easy for you to say cause its not about your husband," Mariah fired back. "t was none of your business," she added.

"You brought your business to everybody," Toya said, to which Mariah replied, "But you were suppose to be my friend."

Mariah spoke with OK!  about the show's first season reunion and the dramatic storyline that involved her adopted daughter. The magazine asked Mariah if she told her daughter the truth - that she is not her biological mother.

"Once we were filming, we did tell Lauren because we wanted it to come from us," Mariah revealed. "We didn't want to deal with this in front of the cameras. However, once the show aired, she did have a lot of issues in school with kids teasing her, ridiculing her saying they didn't understand adoption fully so they were saying things like we found her in an alley. She was just very hurt so that was very tough for me when that episode aired."

Maria wouldn't reveal if she and Toya were still enemies and said fans will have to watch the reunion show to find out:

"I will tell you this though, I think my husband said it best in the last episode, 'you can forgive, but you never forget."I think when people show you who they are you believe them and you move forward according to how you know they are."

Mariah said viewers can expect the reunion show to have a "dramatic ending" and there will be some surprises in store. There may be "some resolve," she said, " but it may not be the resolution that everybody's expecting."

Mariah said she thoroughly enjoyed being interviewed by the Cohen. She called him "a good Judy, best gay friend" and that she appreciated that he got to the "bottom of the truth."

Married to Medicine season 1 finale - part 1 airs on May 26 at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.
