The second night of The Voice top eight competition lead to the removal of Judith Hill and Sarah Simmons, both from Team Adam. Tuesday night's competition focused on duets while the results depended on voters opinions of Monday night's performances.

The first duet came form Michelle Chamuel of Team Usher and Judith Hill of Team Adam. The pair game a rendition of Sweet Nothing by Calvin Harris. During Monday night's competition, Hill performed #ThatPower by Will. I. Am while Chamuel tried her hand at Grenade by R&B artist Bruno Mars. Chamuel's Memorial Day performance was strong enough to make her the first person advanced to next week's competition.

The Swon Brothers and Sasha Allen the paired up to take on Don't You Wannna stay by country icon Jason Aldean. With an assist by Zak Swon on guitar, the trio executed a crowed pleasing performance that represented both Team Blake and Team Shakira. Allen came into the performance fresh off her success from Monday night when she sang Without You, by David Guetta and Usher. Luckily Usher was impressed by her rendition. Last night, the Swon Brothers gathered around a campfire in the Memorial Day spirit and sang a mellow, a capella version of 7 Bridges Road by the Eagles.

Following Don't You Wannna Stay it was announced that the second singer advancing to the final six would be the 16-year-old Danielle Bradbery.

Bradbery took the stage quickly after reciving the good news. The youngster of Team Blake teamed up with Sarah Simmons of Team Adam to sing A Thousand Years by Christina Perri. The previous night's performance that helped propel Bradberry into next week's episode was Grandpa by The Judds, after which Usher referred to her as a "prodigy." Simmon's Monday performance consisted of the radio favorite Somebody That I Used to Know by Gotye.

The third competitor advanced to the next round by American voters was Allen of Team Shakira. Neither Usher nor Shakira would be knocked out of the running completely during the top eight.

The fourth and final duet was Reba Mcentire's Does He Love You as performed by Amber Carrington and Holly Tucker which brought Blake to his feet. Both artist had outstanding performances the night before. Carrington, from Team Adam, received a standing ovation by Judges on Monday night as well following her performance of Adele's Skyfall. Donning a striking pair of cowboy boots, Holly Tucker took on The Band Perry's Done.

However, neither of those two were the fourth performer saved by voters. Instead it was the Swon Brothers from Team Blake.

For the remaining four competitors, the final decision came down to the last few minutes. Carrington of Team Adam and Tucker of Team Blake both managed to advance to the top six competition while Hill and Simmons departed the show.
