Starting from the great news, the next episode of "NCIS" will be presenting Mary Stuart Masterson's return as Congresswoman Jenna Fleming after her first appearance previously this season.

But then, the bad news is that "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 17 is not going air until March 7 which basically means that there is no new episode arriving next week. This was actually a surprise and it seems that the absence of the next episode of "NCIS" will make Feb. 28's night a quiet one.

The "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 17, is entitled "What Lies Above" really makes it clear that Vance in particular, is going to be impacted by Congresswoman Jenna Fleming's return to their team. Aside from that, it will also feature McGee has stopped a thief in his apartment who is looking for a valuable item inside.

As for the "NCIS" Season 14 Episode 17 synopsis, Spoiler TV has learned that "What Lies Above" will show McGee discovers that his apartment has been torn apart by a burglar who is trying to locate an item which has a great value and was hidden someplace by the convicted criminal who previously lived in the unit. It was also noted that Congresswoman Flemming (Mary Stuart Masterson) will try to convince Director Vance to pursue a career in politics.
