"Poldark" Season 3 final release date has yet to be announced but rumours had it that the British historical drama will be aired before September to avoid a clash with "Victoria." Showrunners are reported not to be up to the viewer rating challenge.
In the past, the two British-American television shows are pitted against each other. However, Eleanor Tomlinson said that such competition divides the number of viewers and is not healthy for the two shows. In spite of the competition, "Poldark" managed to end with a higher rating than "Victoria." Fans are hoping that "Poldark" Season 3 will also have a high rating.
In the interview, Eleanor Tomlinson also revealed that "Poldark" Season 3 will have thicker story arcs. Characters are also being developed since the earlier seasons. As mentioned, the BBC drama's air date is yet to be announced, but it remains to be in the 2017 lineup.

Demelza's two brothers, Sam and Drake, are two characters added to "Poldark" Season 3 to be portrayed by Tom York and Harry Richardson according to Digital Spy. However, no other details are known about how the brothers will affect the life and relationship of the Ross and Demelza Poldark.
