"Rick and Morty" Season 3 fans are excited to know the air date of this sci-fi animation which has been in production for more than a year now. The show's creator teases fans with some interesting information while waiting for the duo to hit the small screen.

"Rick and Morty" Season 3 creator, Dan Harmon, said in his podcast last month that they need to finish animating the story. He even made an update-rap explaining how cartoons work. "First you write them, then you draw them. For a really long time," the rap goes.

Dan Harmon has an answer to the question when is the air date of "Rick and Morty" Season 3. "They're drawing it." While that might not be a satisfactory answer for some avid fans, his revelation of the number of episodes for the third season might delight the viewers.

During the Magic City Comic Con in January, Dan Harmon revealed that "Rick and Morty" Season 3 will have 14 episodes. This is longer compared to season 1 which had only 11 episodes and season 2 had 10. Other episode writers also posted in social media titles of the script.

In his Instagram, Spencer Grammar shared the front page of "Rick and Morty" Season 3 episode 2. From there, fans learned that the title will be "Rickmancing The Stone" written by Jane Becker who is new to the show.

Dan Harmon said that the writing team has changed in a way that there is now a balance in terms of gender. "I think it's like a 50/50 balance now, like in the early days of Community, which is really great," he said.

There is still no official trailer for "Rick and Morty" Season 3. However, showrunners released a new clip to tease fans of the show's sense of humor. Stay tuned to Enstarz for the latest news and update.
