Normani Kordei's fellow Fifth Harmony members congratulated her for kicking off her Dancing With the Stars stint.

Kordei was the first celebrity to strut her stuff on the dance floor in Monday night's Dancing With the Stars season 24 premiere. The young singer performed a quickstep to "Good Time Good Life" by Erika Bowman, receiving a 27 out of 40 from the judges.

Before the premiere, Fifth Harmony's Ally Brooke Hernandez took to Twitter to wish Kordei luck:

Meanwhile, Lauren Jauregui heaped loads of praise on Kordei on Instagram after the show and commended her for still joining them on tour in Asia:

MY TALENTED BEAUTIFUL PRINCESS MADE HEADLINES AND SLAYED MY LIFE!! I just woke up in Japan but watched everything and @normanikordei YOU ARE A LEGEND! This girl has been working her ass off making sure she's at every rehearsal and thing for #DTWS and is about to fly to Japan as well to do an Asian tour WHILE she does this. Superwoman doesn't even begin to describe the kind of dedication and work that takes. I'm so proud of you Normani and your incredible abilities. You inspire me so much and you're so so freaking amazing!! Congrats on your opening day, GO GET EM BABY #valmani #27

Dinah Jane Hansen admitted that she was "teary-eyed" while watching her Fifth Harmony bandmate and instructed her followers to vote en masse:

Former member Camila Cabello has not posted on social media about Kordei's stint on Dancing With the Stars.

All things considered, Kordei finished right in the middle of the pack for premiere night, with the following celebs receiving higher scores: Simone Biles, Rashad Jennings, Nancy Kerrigan, Heather Morris and David Ross.

Dancing With the Stars season 24 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
