The much awaited trailer for the game sequel "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" has been leaked online.

It reveals some of the features and exciting details that fans can expect in the game including the single player campaign mode.

The "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" trailer was originally scheduled to come out during the Star Wars Celebration event this coming weekend in Orlando, Florida, GameSpot reported. Fans, however, should keep in mind that the trailer may not last long online as game publisher Electronic Arts would most likely take it down soon.

According to the report, the "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" teaser trailer is being narrated by a female character with a line on the video that says "the untold soldier's story." It also depicts massive space battles, presumably for multiplayer mode, and land-based fight fights that include the AT-AT walkers.

Many family faces have also been featured on the leaked "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" trailer. Kotaku reported that it showed plenty of characters from different eras of the franchise like Rey and Kylo Ren from "Star Wars: The Force Awakens," and Yoda and Darth Maul from the second "Star Wars" trilogy.

This information may not exactly surprise the fans who have been following the news about the sequel. Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Wilson, hinted out during an earnings call in January that the upcoming game will have contents from other recent movies, PlayStation Lifestyle reported.

Those who will pre-order "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" once it goes official will reportedly receive "Star Wars: The Last Jedi Heroes" as freebies. It seemingly suggests that heroes in the upcoming movie are also going to be included in the game sequel.

The teaser trailer, unfortunately, did not give out any details regarding the "Star Wars: Battlefront 2" release date. More news and update about the matter should surface at the Star Wars Celebration event in Orlando, which will run from April 13 to 16.
