South African stunner Charlize Theron is a mom!

Details are scarce, but Theron's rep released a statement confirming the Oscar-winning actress adopted a baby boy. "She is the proud mom of a healthy baby boy named Jackson," the statement said.

This is the first child for the 36-year-old who recently starred in Young Adult. Later this year, Theron will hit the big screen as the evil queen in Snow White and the Huntsman.
