Justin Bieber isn't wasting any time moving on from his breakup with Selena Gomez.
On June 16, Bieber was spotted getting cozy with a Las Vegas waitress named Jordan Ozuna, while he was at the Las Vegas Indoor Skydiving with his crew.
In the photos, exclusively on E! News, the pair are conoodling and acting like more than just friends.
According to an eyewitness, the blond model came into the facility with Justin. "In the waiting room area, she was sitting on his lap and they were kissing," says a source. "Little pecks and kisses."
"Right before the flight, in a second waiting room area, he laid down on her left side, and he had his head between her legs and had his cap half-covering his face," adds the insider. "She was caressing him on the head and shoulders.
Then, a witness says Justin "was occasionally putting his hands around her waist, [giving her] a couple quick kisses" as they got their helmets.
"He was definitely into her, and she was into him, as I could tell," adds the insider. (See photos of Bieber and his new gal.)

Justin didn't pay for his indoor skydiving experience, as E! News also reported, and has since been banned for life from the facility. According to reports, the company gave Bieber the option shell out $1,600 for his crew or post a shout-out to the facility to his Instagram account. Bieber agreed to the latter but didn't live up to his word after he had his fun.
According to an insider, the 19-year-old "actually faked like he was posting something, per the agreement, but never did."
Despite the sky-diving ban, it appears the singer still had an awesome time.

Jordan's Facebook profile has mysteriously disappeared, but the Dirty reported that she was married to a military man in 2012. According to her personal photos, it appears that Jordan is a waitress at Hooters.
