Rick Ross has been hit with a lawsuit from a Texas jeweler, who claims the Miami rapper has an unpaid bill for three Rolex watches he purchased in 2012, according to TMZ.

The jeweler, Johnny's Custom Jewelry, has taken legal action against Ross, real name William Leonard Roberts II, claiming the Maybach Music Group founder agreed to pay $89,847.50 for three Rolex watches last August, but has yet to do so.

The purchase included one $55,000 18K gold watch with 30-carat diamonds, one $14,00018K gold watch with seven-carat diamonds and one $14,000 two-tone watch with five-carat diamonds.

Johnny's is suing Ross for the money he owes for the watches plus interest, according to the report.

The hefty Rapper was also sued back in April for another non-payment. Total Access Talent filed a court case against Ross, claiming the former correctional officer failed to pay the company a 10 percent commission he agreed upon for a month-long series of shows the firm was hired by the rapper to book. The booking agency claimed the U.O.E.N.O. rapper owes them at least $171,000.

Ross suffered another financial setback in April, when Reebook dropped the rapper as their sponsor, citing his date-rape lyrics on fellow rapper Rocko's U.O.E.N.O. song.

"Put molly all in her champagne, she ain't even know it," Ross rapped on his guest verse. "I took her home and I enjoyed that, she ain't even know it." Molly is the street name for a form of MDMA, cited by the FBI as a date rape drug.

The termination of the endorsement deal reportedly cost Ross approximatley $5 million in potential earnings.

Ross may see a big payday if his recent collaboration with Jay-Z on the yet-to-be-released song, F***WithMeYouKnowIGotIt, becomes a hit. The song is featured on the Brooklyn rapper's highly anticipated 12 studio album Magna Carta Holy Grail.
