Rumors suggest that the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 will be unveiled at the IFA Berlin trade show this September.

According to Android Geeks, sources have confirmed that not only will the South Korean company bring their newest phone to the German event but they will also hold and Unpacked viewing on September 4.

The so-called "phablet" will see a similar release timeline as its predecessors. The IFA 2011 served as the launch point for the original Samsung Galaxy Note while the Galaxy Note II was announced days before the same event in 2012.

The publication also speculates that the device will be outfitted with the new Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system instead of the 4.2.2. version of Jelly Bean. Sammobile believes that the system will be ready in time for Samsung's release of the Galaxy S4 with Google Play which is set to drop in July.

As for what will power the Galaxy Note 3, Tech Spot is hedging bets on the company's own Samsung Exynos eight-core processor. The other leading suggestion for the processor would be Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.

Suspected features that will accompany the latest Note iteration include a full HD display, TouchWiz, and a 13-megapixel camera equipped with S Orb in order to provide 360-degree panoramic shots, according to Android Geeks.

Pricing for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has not been announced.
