Stacey Keibler has spoken out for the first time following her split from George Clooney.

The former WWE star told  Extra "nothing really dramatic that happened" between her and the Descendants star that may have caused a split.

Keibler, 33, told the entertainment new program that she prefers to keep a positive perspective on everything. 

"I'm someone that's always lived the present moment. I always look at the positive on everything," Keibler said, adding that she is excited about multiple projects she has in the works.

Keibler's new show, Supermarket Superstar, will premiere on Monday, July 22, on the Lifetime network.

Us Weekly caught up with the former model about the new season of the reality competition cooking show where the food entrepenuers compete for $10,000 and a chance to develop their own product line that will be sold on supermarket shelves at a later date. In addition to the $10,000 grand prize the winner will be given a budget of $100,000 for product development.

Keibler told Us Weekly on July 15 that that the show gives the winner a chance to create a multi-million dollar product line. "It really gives home cooks the chance to pitch their recipe ideas in the hopes of getting a nationwide launch of their product on supermarket shelves," she said.

Keibler said she enjoys working on the show because growing up she always watched the Food Network.

"My mom was a great cook, and she taught me a lot of things," she told Us.

PEOPLE confirmed on July that Keibler split from the 52-year-old after multiple reports revealed that the pair had been apart for months. A source close to the couple told PEOPLE that Keibler severed ties from the Oscar winner because they were at odds over starting a family.

"She wants to have children and a family someday," the insider shared. "She knows where George stands on that," "They talked and they quietly stopped being a couple several weeks ago."
