The cast and crew of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire gathered at a panel at Comic-Con in San Diego, Calif. Saturday and dished about the strongly anticipated sequel.

The panel, featured stars Jennifer Lawrence (Katniss Everdeen), Josh Hutcherson (Peeta Mellark), Liam Hemsworth (Gale Hawthorne), Lenny Kravitz (Cinna), Jena Malone (Johanna), Willow Shields (Primrose Everdeen) and Jeffrey Wright (Beetee). Director Francis Lawrence was also there to answer questions about the new film.

Lawrence discussed where Katniss will be emotionally in Catching Fire.

"Life is different for Katniss this time," Lawrence explained. "[She's] suffering from post-traumatic stress. Doesn't have to worry about food. And now she's feeling useless and she's adapting to a new life." She added that Katniss is also dealing with Peeta, who went through something together that Gale "will never understand."

Lawrence and Hutcherson also agreed that the kissing scenes between them in Catching Fire are "super hot," though they soon began to joke about "a huge string of snot" connecting the two of them in those scenes.

As for the other cast members, Malone teased that, "everything is flipped on its head in this movie" while Kravitz said that his character Cinna's relationship with Katniss will "evolve until his very last scene."

The brand new trailer for Catching Fire was also shown, which begins Katniss walking through a cemetery. "We have to go before they kill us, they will kill us," Katniss says in the trailer.

"You're dealing with all of the experienced killers!" Gale says, referring to the competitors Katniss and Peeta will eventually be competing against in the next Hunger Games.

The trailer ends with Katniss coming out of a tube while surrounded by water. The other competitors stand on platforms above the water.
