Wendy Williams' ex-husband Kevin Hunter appeared to be carefree just days after filing a shocking lawsuit against the executives of his ex-wife's show.

According to OK! Magazine, the 49-year-old ex was spotted partying with his current fiancee, Sharina Hudson, in Florida for her birthday.

Hudson took to her Instagram stories to share her activities for the day, starting with a trip to the salon and later partying in the back of an SUV where she danced and drank a celebratory drink.

Even though she's active in posting pictures and clips online, she kept her beau low-key on social media as she never posted any images of her fiance.

However, the outlet suggests that Hunter celebrated the special day with her as he shared a picture on his account where he was sitting in the same car as his girlfriend.

The latest news comes a week after Wendy William's ex-husband filed a lawsuit against the producer of her show, which will be replaced by Sherri Shepherd.

In early reports, Hunter is sued Debmar-Mercury and named producers Ira Bernstein and Mort Marcus for wrongful termination.

According to legal documents obtained by The U.S. Sun, the company was launched in 2004, and it immediately became successful.

A few years later, Hunter and his former wife were approached for a talk show tryout that would last only a few weeks.

He then claims he was managing Williams' negotiations with the company as he worked behind the scenes and "leveraged his business acumen and street smarts to negotiate a considerable financial raise from the first contract" that was offered to his ex.

"The Wendy Williams Show" was then launched in 2008, and it became successful, especially for fans.

Hunter claimed the show wouldn't be as successful without his help as he was involved with everything before the show even aired.

The lawsuit states that he was one of the executive producers and came up with fan-favorite segments like Hot Topics and Shoe Cam.

Hunter worked for the show for over 12 years until they got divorced in 2019 after reportedly cheating on her with Hudson.

Today, he is seeking damages worth a shocking $10 million.
