Season three of Ted Lasso might be gearing up to give us the back-story answers that we are craving.

According to an article on Deadline, members of the Richmond team, Jason Sudeikis, Brett Goldstein, and Brendan Hunt, Zoomed into a SXSW panel interview from the back of moving cars in London as they journied from set to set. Apparently, they had been thrown off by the time change in Texas - because the time does not change in London for several more weeks.

In a truly Roy Kent fashion, Brett Goldstein confessed, "It's a f****** distaster." However, what doesn't sound like a disaster is Ted Lasso's highly anticipated season three.

The three shared that this season fans will be able to expect more of Rebecca, played by Hannah Waddingham, and Rupert's, played by Anthony Head's origin story. Head shared even further, "I think we might see more of people's origin stories in season three."

The success of Ted Lasso is non-negotiable. It has swept award nominations and made a name for itself as the kindest, most optimistic show on television. In an interview with 60 minutes, they revealed that most streaming services turned down their pitch for the show. We are so glad Apple TV made this iconic show a reality.

While the first two seasons of Ted Lasso premiered in August, we do not yet know if the show will be continuing along that timeline with this highly anticipated third season. Another question which hangs in the air is whether or not the show will continue beyond the third season. While it was originally pitched as a three season limited series, the startling success of the show has called an extention into question.

We can't wait to see what the upcoming season 3 of Ted Lasso has in store!
