Back Into The YOU-Niverse! Stalker-Hit Series 'You' Starring Penn Badgley Starts Filming Season 4!

YOU season four has finally started filming!

We're just sitting here...waiting for...YOU! The smash-hit stalker series that has captivated audiences for three seasons has started snaking its way through season four. The series, starring Gossip Girl's Penn Badgley was picked up for a fourth season prior to the season three premiere. This show is a non-negotiable phenom. It follows Joe Goldberg, played by Badgley, as he, to put it INCREDIBLY lightly, gets a wee bit obsessive over a selection of women. 

According to an article on People, Netflix shared the simultaneously frightening and exciting news on their Instagram page. They posted a picture of a bloody slate with the caption, "Feeling YOU-4-ic. YOU season 4 is now in production." While we are sure that season four will be absolutely epic, the high quality level of punnary in the caption might pose some competition.

Little is known about the upcoming season. While the series is based off of the book series by Caroline Kepnes, there were strong deviations from the original source material after the first novel. Therefore, audiences around the world are left in suspense, wondering what is going to happen next. 

Here is what we do know. The co-star of seasons two and three Victoria Pedretti will obviously not be returning to the show in the same capacity (if you know, you know). However, White Lotus's Lukas Gage is set to make his debut in the YOU-niverse. While we will miss Love, we can't wait to see what exciting twists Gage adds to this constently-complicating world.
