Blac Chyna's courtroom battle against the Kardashians continues, but the model's mother has done something negative online, which led the family's lawyer to ask her to stay away from the proceedings; what happened?

According to Daily Mail UK, the music video star's mom, Tokyo Toni, slammed the billionaire family in an online attack yesterday.

Toni, whose real name is Shalana Hunter, went on an Instagram live to say explicit remarks about the Kardashian family just hours after sitting a few feet away from them in a Los Angeles courtroom.

The Kardashians' lawyer, Michael Rhodes, called out Toni for her actions, saying she should be banned from the proceedings.

Kim and Khloe Kardashian, as well as Kylie and Kris Jenner, were present in the hearing when the legal representative told the court Toni had posted an online rant that "veiled physical threats against" the famous family.

"She cannot be in this courtroom if this is how she is going to conduct herself. Miss Jenner was physically worried this morning about her safety," Rhodes continued.

He added that it's hard to continue a trial if he's worried about his client's safety.

In response to the lawyer's claims, Chyna's attorney, Lynne Ciani, told the court that she spoke to her client about her mother's behavior, saying if she says something inappropriate, she "cannot come into the courtroom."

Tokyo Toni was not present at Tuesday's proceedings.

The latest news comes a day after Chyna's mom went on Instagram live and appeared to be rolling what looks like a cannabis joint as she made remarks about the Kardashians, saying they "looked dead."

She also compared Kris Jenner's appearance to a character from the movie "Saw."

Toni didn't stop as she went on to say the family looked "homeless" and "scary" in real life.

Later in the video, she mocked the Good American co-founder, saying, "Did you have some Xanax before you got there b****?"

The judge invited 103 prospective jurors into the courtroom during Monday's hearing. At the time, the Kardashian family sat in front of Blac Chyna's mom.

In the recent hearing, Rhodes requested Judge Gregory Alarcon to grant the famous family to sit in the front row for safety reasons, to which he agreed.
