The Court Case Between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna Continues, But Where is Rob?
Rob Kardashian has not yet made an apperance in his case against Blac Chyna because he has been home taking care of their daughter.
The court hearing between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna has been a long time coming. Back in 2017 the Kardashians sued Blac Chyna for physically attacking Rob Kardashian. Rob Kardashian eventually dropped the suit against Blac Chyna in order to protect their daughter. Blac Chyna is suing the Kardashians for defamation and contract interference. She says that the Kardashians intentionally had her show canceled and is, therefore, trying to sue them for $100 million.
While the rest of the Kardashian-Jenner family has been present, Rob Kardashian has not yet made an apperance in court. According to an article on TMZ, this is because he is taking care of Dream, the daughter he shares with Blac Chyna. He said that he will appear in court if he is called, but, as his daughter's primary caretaker, he thinks it is more important to protect Dream from the drama than spend hours sitting in the courtroom. \
New information continues to come to light. Blac Chyna attests that the Kardashian's accusation that she held a gun to his head and tied a phone chord around his neck was done as a joke. It also came to light that she has not paid her tax returns in several years becasue she does not have her own bank account.
