The weeks starting June 1 allow both Depp and Heard to reach a hypothetical settlement agreement, and the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor has the power to waive it and save her finances.

Will Johnny Depp Help Amber Heard?

Despite being subject to whopping financial damages, the "Aquaman" actress recently spent her money recklessly by riding on a private plane before riding her luxurious SUV.

The move instantly got into the nerves of Depp's fans despite the fact that Heard seemingly had no choice but to take a private plane as she might definitely encounter the actor's supporters anywhere she goes.

But Heard could spend her fortune in any way that she wanted as Depp's lawyer Benjamin Chew hinted that the actor would agree to a settlement where Heard agrees not to file an appeal.

Chew told "Good Morning America" host George Stephanopoulos that the actor would waive the monetary damages if she would not push through with an appeal.

"We obviously can't disclose any attorney-client communications, but as Mr. Depp testified and as we both made clear in our respective closings, this was never about money for him. This was about restoring his reputation, and he's done that," the attorney went on.

However, fans disagreed with the plans and asked Depp to make Heard learn her lessons.
