Amber Heard suffered another condemnation as the actress was spotted spending her fortune despite being "too broke" to pay Johnny Depp.

After losing the defamation trial, Heard is urged to pay Depp $10.35 million in compensatory and punitive damages. The amount was initially higher, but the supposed $5 million in punitive damages was reduced to $350,000 due to the state's statutory cap or legal limit.

With only $8 million net worth, Heard's lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, has since clarified and revealed on NBC's "TODAY" show that the "Aquaman" star would not be able to pay up.

However, the actress seemingly has more money to spend as she was reportedly spotted getting off a private plane despite her financial struggles.

A news outlet also shared a photo of Heard climbing down her private plane before riding her luxurious SUV. It was reported that she had been in New York City to attend her meetings before jetting back to Washington DC.

The move instantly angered Depp's fans, although Heard seemingly had no choice but to take a private plane as she might definitely encounter the actor's supporters anywhere she goes.

Aside from financial issues, Heard is expected to face major loss in her career following the verdict, with journalist Megyn Kelly saying that she is "professionally ruined."

Johnny Depp Not Taking the Money?

Fans suggested that the actress probably started spending her fortune after Depp said he is not after the money at all.

In an interview with "Good Morning America" host George Stephanopoulos, the host asked Depp's lawyer Benjamin Chew if the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor would agree to a settlement where Heard agrees not to file an appeal.

In exchange for that, he would waive the monetary damages.

"We obviously can't disclose any attorney-client communications, but as Mr. Depp testified and as we both made clear in our respective closings, this was never about money for him. This was about restoring his reputation, and he's done that," Chew said, hinting that it would probably happen.

Still, his supporters urged him to make Heard pay to teach her a lesson after years of making his life miserable.

As of this time, it remains unknown whether Heard will push through with her appeal. Depp is also yet to confirm the status of the damages his ex-wife needs to settle.
