Johnny Depp has been spotted with a red-haired mystery woman following Amber Heard's request for a new trial.

On Sunday, Depp showed that he would continue his life and career even more following the recent court verdict on Heard's request to overturn the ruling and pronounce the defamation trial as a mistrial.

Before his scheduled gig, he went to a rehearsal at the Arena Santa Giuliana alongside a red-haired mystery woman.

In the photos obtained by Daily Mail, the 59-year-old "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor was seen carrying a bag that belonged to the mystery companion walking behind him.

It remains unknown who the woman is or if they are truly dating. However, it is worth noting that he was also linked to his star lawyer, Camille Vasquez, during the defamation trial.

At that time, several TikTok and Twitter users assumed that Depp and Vasquez were in a relationship due to their intimate interactions in court. They also looked comfortable around each other, that the trial's live stream also recorded them getting touchy in the past few days.

However, it was later clarified that Depp and Vasquez only have a professional relationship and friendship. A separate source clarified to ET Online that the romance rumors are "unequivocally untrue."

Amber Heard Losing Her Credibility Even More

While Depp has been enjoying the life he got back after winning the case, the opposite happened to Heard after trying to make the court tag the defamation trial as a "mistrial" and requested for a new court battle.

In the new court documents filed on July 8, which were obtained by CNN, Heard's team argued that one of the jurors did not match the list of jury panel list's information that was sent before the trial began.

A few days later, Judge Penney Azcarate released a written order and denied the "Aquaman" star's reasons to re-do the trial.

"Defendant Amber Laura Heard's Post-Trial Motions I through VI are DENIED for the reasons stated on the record. Juror Fifteen was vetted by the Court on the record and met the statutory requirements for service. The parties also questioned the jury panel for a full day and informed the Court that the jury panel was acceptable," the judge wrote.

She went on to proclaim that there was no fraud or wrongdoing that happened.

With that, there will not be another trial in Fairfax County. But the battle will continue as Heard plans to appeal to a Virginia appellate court while she has not paid the damages to Depp.
